By downloading, installing, or using ScrollBump ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

ScrollBump is an accountability partner app designed to help users reduce screen time and build healthier digital habits. The App allows users to pair with an accountability partner to monitor and support each other's progress.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to collect data about other users without their consent

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ondřej Vereš and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without explicit permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ondřej Vereš shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
